Top 5 Dog-Friendly Restaurants in Orange County

Californians love two things: sunshine and puppies. With perfect weather most of the year, Orange County is the ideal place to get outside and play with your furry friends. Many of the beach cities in the OC are especially dog-friendly, such as Laguna and Huntington Beach. While there are many places that will let you bring your pup, check out the list below of the top 5 dog-friendly restaurants in Orange County.

Lazy Dog Cafe, Irvine
The Lazy Dog Cafe caters exclusively to canines in their outdoor dining area. They have a large dog-friendly patio as well as doggie menu items such as chicken and rice. Dogs must stay outside on the patio and be well-behaved. The Lazy Dog Cafe is tucked inside a large shopping center on the border of Irvine and Tustin. Experts recommend getting the rice for the pups and the sangria sampler for the adults.

If you're looking for beautiful scenery that you can share with your pup, look no farther than the Cliff. Gobble up your choice of delicious seafood (we recommend the sashimi tuna) while you take in breathtaking views of the sunset. The Cliff even offers a dog menu, try the puppachino (cup of whipped cream) for dogs.

Cucina Enoteca, Irvine
Located inside the Irvine Spectrum, Cucina Enoteca allows dogs on the patio. This Italian/Californian restaurant is both a retail wine shop and restaurant. The wine list includes over 250 wines, which can be enjoyed on one of two patios. Our favorite is the pepper-seared swordfish, made with cavalo nero and yellow tomato brodo.
